Payment Schedule
$100 due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
Additional Fees
A one-time $115 Cleaning Fee is added to all stays.
Cancellation Policy
Prepayments are refundable (Less $10 service fee) if cancelled 30 days or more before arrival. 0% refundable if canceled after.
Peak Season
A 2-night minimum stay is required in September and October.
